Sharing the Best of Whistler

Hi everyone. We are a group of friends from Spain visiting Whistler-Blackcomb next january.
We are going to expend one day backcountry skiing and we are wondering what it the worthest way to do it: by heli, cat or just a guide from Whistler guides. I have all the information from all of them but we do not really know if it is worth the money the heli or the cat instead of just a guide for the whole day. I would apreciate any tip from anyone familiar with this matter.
Many thanks¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡

Thanks for the information. We have already get in touch with two different co.. But, what about a Whistler guide to show us the resort???????? i have been said that in the resort area we can have a very good back country skiiing if we are taken to the right places by the right person.
What about it????????????????????
