Looking for long term rental from mid May

I've been looking accomodation in and around whistler village for the past few weeks, but so far not realy seen any 2/3 bedroom places within my budget (max. $800 pp) Just wondering when most places available from May onwards will start being advertised? And also what other areas are good to live in and are relatively near the Fairmont?
